Carers ACT exists to support, connect and empower carers across the ACT. We provide practical services, guidance and emotional support to make the caring journey easier and ensure carers feel recognised, valued and understood.
We help carers navigate complex systems, access services and maintain their wellbeing, while advocating for their needs and amplifying their voices.
With a strong understanding of the ACT community and the challenges carers face, we work alongside carers, government, community organisations and service partners to improve outcomes. Our work spans service delivery, systemic advocacy, carer engagement and sector training, ensuring carers’ lived experiences inform services, policy and system reform.
