Eternity Design Art Therapy

I am an accredited ANZACATA Art Therapist, with a Master’s degree in Art Therapy from Western Sydney University. My services are designed to help people use art as a means of self-exploration, emotional healing, and personal growth. Art therapy can be beneficial for individuals who may have difficulty expressing their emotions through traditional talk therapy. I work with people dealing with a wide range of emotional, behavioural and physical issues including mental health, grief, dementia, medical conditions, neurodiverse, trauma and abuse. I offer individual or group sessions face-to-face in the Art Therapy studio, in your home or online. I believe that everyone has the capacity for creativity and self-expression. Artmaking is a powerful tool for promoting emotional healing and personal growth without the need for words. My approach is client-centred, strengths-based, trauma-informed meaning that I prioritise my clients’ unique needs and experiences during every session.
