Business Description
Sage Advice provides practical employment coaching that helps students become workplace-ready and confident stepping into real work life. We focus on the skills that actually matter on the job—communication, expectations, routines, and how to handle challenges professionally—so students can transition from study to employment with clarity and support.
Led by Raffy Sgroi, a business strategist and skills and inclusion specialist, Sage Advice brings over 20 years’ experience coaching and employing people with disability and neurodiversity. Raffy also runs Car Mechanical Services in Weston Creek, a real workplace that delivers hands-on work experience alongside coaching because the best learning happens when support meets the real world.
